Matthew Felts has served as our Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development since January 2025 and primarily focuses on IR and marketing strategy, equity capital markets, and M&A and other corporate initiatives. Mr. Felts previously served as Vice President from January 2021 to December 2024 as well as in various other roles since joining AGNC in November 2014.
Prior to joining AGNC, Mr. Felts served in Financial Institutions Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and other strategic advisory mandates.
Mr. Felts received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
